25. Are You Blocking Your Happiness?

"I'll be happy when..." the dreaded curse of conditional happiness.
Putting a condition on your happiness is blocking you from actually being satisfied.
Although we are creatures driven by goals and achievement, delaying gratification until a goal is achieved can be highly detrimental to your happiness and mental health as you're conditioning your brain to believe happiness can only be reached once a specific condition is met.
True happiness is rooted in the journey and not the destination. As important as it is to hit your goals and achieve higher levels, it's equally as important to identify happiness within yourself instead of seeking external gratification.
In this episode of The Speed of Life Show, I'll share my journey with always wanting more and looking for happiness externally rather than within myself. I'll share tips on who you can stop blocking yourself from happiness and becoming unconditionally happy (even when things are not perfect!).
